SkillsTrainingHR is run by Roquel Jones, Chief Executive Officer and Founder. A University of Texas graduate and a former employee of the State of Texas, Roquel has a proven record of success in both the public and private business sectors. With 25 years in customer service and management, Roquel believes that education and experience has instilled in her the passion to help others, the knowledge to transfer the skills she’s learned, and the perseverance to succeed.
Her extensive observation and participation have demonstrated that these attributes are essential to any business and is the driving force behind why she does what she does.
Working in customer service, Roquel knows firsthand that a business’ most vital resources are its people. Because of her dedication, she works to ensure that all persons within the business are aimed toward giving their ‘absolute’ best. She achieves this by working closely with businesses to identify their strengths and abilities as well as their struggles. She then develops real-world solutions that are realistic and proven to be effective.
